Miguel Angel Osorio Chong , Interior Minister, said that from today the federal government and the state government will implement a new strategy in the region of Tierra Caliente, Michoacan , unsubstituted tasks implemented so far by the federal, state forces and Mexican army in support, so called self-defense groups to leave the government the issue of security.

He stressed that Michoacán institutionally requested the federal government to support violence and crimes that have reduced their population in recent times.
