Los Angeles International Airport shut down all incoming traffic Sunday night while officers investigated a possible active shooter situation, KTLA reports. According to NBC reporter Andrew Blankstein, police received multiple 911 calls but did not immediately find any evidence of shots fired.
On Twitter, authorities said that reports of a shooting could not be confirmed and urged the public to remain calm.
